Moving in a tenant is so simple with this software! Simply choose the unit, click the Move-In button, and add a PIN. The tenant is moved in that easily. You can choose default hours, 24/7 hours, or choose special daily access hours with a simple click. You may also have multiple PIN's for a unit, each with their own unique access hours!

Add an entry code series for emergency responders at 24 hours, or have less inclusive hours for the meter reader. It's all up to you.

Use Unikey by itself to control access, or pair it with a property management system like Syrasoft for complete control of your facility. Syrasoft property management system pairs seamlessly with the Unikey system, no manual updating of the gate software required!
